Cecilia Hotel Paris - 17eme arrondissement - proche de l'Etoile - Champs Elysees - Porte Maillot
The Hotel
The building, built in 1896, is part of Baron Haussmann's renowned urban development plan, which has given Paris much of its prestige. As you pass through our newly renovated carriage entrance, flanked by two magnificent bronze gates, you will discover a spacious and elegant lobby.
Reception
The woodwork and design of our completely redecorated lobby is attributed to the owner, Mr. Guy Heilbronn. Here you will be greeted by either the hotel manager, Viviane Collin. Whether you are looking for dinner at a romantic restaurant, a guided tour of Paris, or information about museums, our team can provide you will all the concierge services you desire.
Lounge, bar
The story of a piano..
When, in 1956, Mrs Heilbronn, whose family still runs the hotel, purchased the Cécilia hotel, the only heritage left by the previous owners was a piano. This masterpiece was made by the famous company Gaveau, a piano maker in the 19th century, whose work is fully recognized in the musical world. You can enjoy the bar (open 24 hours a day) and play some notes if you wish or get comfortably seated in the lounge.
Breakfast
Located at the end of the lounge, our breakfast room welcomes you from 6.30AM to 10.30AM, where you can enjoy a cold buffet along with fresh croissants and bread made by an artisan baker from the neighbourhood. If you wish, a continental breakfast can be served in your room.
Sightseeing in the district :
You can reach the Arc de Triomphe, go down the Champs-Elysées or visit the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes) without using public transportation. Within a few minutes by metro, you can visit Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum, or the Tuileries garden. Conveniently, the Avenue des Ternes, a block away, offers a wide variety of boutiques, or you can take the RER A and you access within 5 minutes to the department stores, Printemps and Galerie Lafayette, on Boulevard Haussmann. The neighbourhood around our hotel offers many restaurants, from the typical Parisian brasserie to the most upscale tables. The famous Poncelet outdoor food market is very close to the hotel, and is well-known for the quality of its products.
Clients's appreciations :

"Great location!"

Location is great, just less than 5 min. walk to Champs Elysees, 2 min. to the Arc de Triumph. There is a Metro station next to the Arc de Triumph so you can go anywhere like in Versailles via the RER. Room is small but modern, bathroom has a tub & shower. The room has AC which was great since we were there during the "heat wave" in Paris. Breakfast was included in the rate, has multiple selections on coffee, tea, chocolate, orange juice, etc., croissants, cheese, cereals, etc. Staff was very helpful.
